Banana Orange Kiwi Smoothie Bowl
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I love to nourish my body and to start my day with something like this. My kids love smoothie bowls too, so I make a variety of these bowls for them. Making this smoothie from start to finish usually takes about 10 minutes, so it is really fast and easy to make.
Banana Orange Kiwi Smoothie Bowl
Servings: 1 bowl
Base:
1 1/2 frozen banana
2 medium sized oranges or 1 big orange
1 kiwi
Blend all ingredients together in high speed blender until smooth. Make sure it is thick and creamy otherwise the toppings will sink.
My number one kitchen appliance is a Vitamix. I know it is a splurge, but so worth it. I use mine every day for 2-3 times.
Toppings:
5 fresh strawberries
1 tsp bee pollen
