Vitamin C Orange Lemon Smoothie
If you need a lots of Vitamin C to fight cold, this smoothie is perfect for you. It is refreshing, delicious and full of Vitamin C.
Vitamin C Orange Lemon Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 big orange (peeled)
1 lemon (peeled)
1/2 inch of fresh Turmeric (peeled)
4-5 cubes of frozen Mango (you can use fresh if you have)
2 ice cubes
Instructions:
Put all of the ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately and notice how you feel better 🙂
